The Nortons Antivirus software product was reasonable priced and shipped quickly as described. The software is OEM was new still in shrink wrapjust as you would hope for.
I would not hesitate on buying sofware from this merchant again.

MS Office 2003 Professional OEM

Strengths: Ease of loading/integration with my Office Basic software. I Use Excel and Powerpoint most and like the smooth transition. Several functionality improvemements over Office 97 version help a lot.

Weakness: None that I have found so far. Functionality and appearance changes require some adjustment in how I use the programs. In a short period of use I will not even notice these.

At work or in my home I have used a version of each generation of MS Office (I realize there is not a sequential generational link among all the versions). I am pleased so far with my transition to this newer, more complete suite. First, the 2003 Suite was the easiest way to complete my 2003 Basic (which I agreed to by mistake). Second, After some research it became clear that paying the extra money at this time for Office 2007 did not make sense, and that an upgrade later along with Vista was always possible. Third, the 2003 Suite provided all the functions and more than enough bells and whistles for my current needs. As I said above, so far it has worked flawlessly. If I needed another Suite, I would do it again.

Weakness: invalid key errors

I bought 4 of these and the only way I could install was through the control panel -> add/remove programs. And then it didn't even ask for a key. So I am questioning whether this is legit software or just another ms bug.

Weakness: It's not Office Pro 2007! What can I say? Publisher should have more and more current template samples from Paper Direct by this time more - stale is not usable, it's clutter.

My overall experience with Office Pro has been for many years. It was time to upgrade. This is what I was looking for and it has mostly met my expectations for Office Pro. I use Share-O (4Team) for sharing calendars, contacts, etc. with other users over the network (without purchasing the big guns of MS Exchange). This product should meet most users needs unless they have the requirements of the latest software or some of the features only available in the newer versions.

Microsoft Office 2003

Strengths: ability to help run a business

Weakness: only weakness is that once in a while have to put disc back in for some bits of software that didn't install.

This makes the second time I have purchased this program and I'm just as pleased.
It has the ability to work well for a person at home as well as in a business setting too.
There are many choices among the software, from Microsoft Excel which I use for Charts and Time Cards and over in to Microsoft Publisher where I make out business cards, saving us money.
Its such a multipurpose program, just can't say enough about it.

Office 2003 Professional (OEM License, PC)

Strengths: Very strong office productivity tool.

We recently upgraded workstations/pcs in our office.
We upgraded from Office Pro 97 to Office 2003 Pro.
We did not upgrade our server (NT) and needed more capability without the server upgrade. The Business Contact Manager is a great tool.

Would recommend for others.
Package delivered as promised.

Office 2003 is excellent product, received as ordered and for a great price. I would buy from again. I am not to keen on moving to Office 2007 just yet. Has and gets the job done.

Office 03 Pro

Strengths: speed, ease of use

Weakness: Publisher has some issues.

overall office 03 pro is a good upgrade from previous versions. I do miss the Office toolbar. Publisher has some issues, mainly with speed. If you have a lot of graphics, the print preview is extremely slow to update.

Strengths: quick and legal

Weakness: none

fast shipping and 100% genuine Microsoft. saved big over other vendors. This version doesn't have any free help, I didn't need any help. But FYI on that. Microsoft only gives a limited time on software assistance for any product, then they charge you. The free time is so short that it's no longer worth anything. So why pay three times more for 90 days of service assistance.

Office 2003 Professional

Strengths: Proven product from other business experiences.

Weakness: None noted.

This is exactly the package I needed. It is the same as my employer uses, so there is 100% compatibility, allowing me to easily move from my personal computer to my company office PC without any conflicts.

I had Office 97 and was planning to upgrade to Office 2007 until I read some user reviews of Office 2007. It sounded like a nightmare where you have to relearn everything including how to do even the simplest tasks. And it didn't sound like Office 2007 improves on any substantive functionally. It is just a maze of new ways to do the same old things. So I opted instead to upgrade to Office 2003 and am very happy with the decision. It provides a lot of handy improvements over Office 97, but maintains the same basic way of doing things so I didn't have to relearn anything. I hit the ground running.

Strengths: Easy Install, Price, Ease of use

Weakness: Have not come across any as of yet

Upgraded to new laptop that had Vista, old Office 95 not compatible. Have a home business and this product suited me well and gave me extra features such as Outlook which I did not have installed before. Great deal!

It was just exactly what it was advertised as being. It was brand new, never been used, factory sealed and included evry component necessary. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Great Product!!!!

Strengths: This was a great product!!! I have enjoyed using all the newer features and having access to programs I previously did not have..

Weakness: Publisher is a bit confusing at first but once you get going it is terrific!!!

I am a big Microsoft fan anyway - so this purchase was an excellent one for my office. I was pleasantly surprised with some of the new changes in a couple of the programs that made them more user friendly than earlier editions. My biggest reason for the purchase other than to update was to have Access and Publisher. Again another great Microsoft product and definitely a great buy!!!

Using Office 2003 Profession on VISTA

Strengths: Easy install on Vista operating system. Programs operate simular to previous versions. Very fast with 1 gb of memory.

Weakness: No weakness noted.

I am very satisfied with the product. Outlook is improved over the 2000 version and has an optional contact manager that is great for managing business contacts. The other programs operate similar to the way the 2000 version did. Any improvements or changes in 2003 over 2000 are very intuitive and I didn't notice them. I have not used the programs enough to find any other outstanding improvements.
