My son had already purchased one - Techloops has a nonreturnable, nonrefundable clause. You can't even return it for a credit to use for other products. Also, when the gifts were opened - they were a single player not a 2 player bundle as ordered. When I called Techloops, they will not ship the additional controllers. FedEX has to do an investigation even though the shipping label doesn't show that the additional controllers were shipped. I have made 2 phone calls and neither time was a supervisor available. They do not return calls; you have to keep calling and hope that you can reach a supervisor. No luck so far. Be careful in ordering from TechLoops.	Overall Rating
