This is the third time in about a year that I try to place an order from their website and I receive an email three days later telling me that the products I ordered are not in stock or discontinued. This company advertises plenty of items that are very hard to find but that they don't even carry. Customer service is inexistant. If you call, you are being asked to send an email instead which they never respond to anyway. One of the worst online experience period. Overall Rating

Reviews 		There is no scroll bar in this survey. I had to use the tab key to navigate below the first screen. In placing my order I ALWAYS received a "Do you want to display secure items" message. It kicked me back and asked me to select a state even though I could see Alabama already selected. Overall, it was a quirky process to place the order. Reviews 		I had a lot of troubles completing my order. It started with trying to input the name of the city I live in, and I got an SQL error on the billing address and had to start over and re-enter all information, then I got an SQL error on the shipping address, and once again had to re-enter all information. It would be nice that if there is an error on just one field that it would infor you and retain the information that was not in error. Basicly I had to trouble shoot the problem. Overall Rating

However, I believe providing good delivery service by choosing right delivery company is a part of their responsibilities. Even though they have good products with good price, the delayed delivery will loose many potential custermors.
