MiniMac vs Windows
Strengths: It works out of the Box. No blue screen of death. Inserted network cable to my router and was on web with no questions, no troubles, no problems.
Weakness: None for me
Bought to try Apple. Cant get away from it. Still have my 6 Windows based machines. But now using my mini. If you never had Apple and only had Windows, then you are in for a surprise.
Maybe some people think there is a weakness to this machine. For 499 dollars and it worked right out of the box. Iam hooked on Apples.

small, quiet, and fast
Strengths: like the title, its very small, quiet, and fast.
Weakness: not upgradable, does not come with keyboard or mouse.
I already have a PC computer, but I bought a mac to use as my "safe" computer for working on my finances. Macs are known to be a little safer than PCs since they're not targeted as much with viruses and spyware. This mac mini was perfect because I only intend to use it for simple tasks like browsing. Mac Mini G4 2nd. Gen. (1.25 GHz 512MB)
Strengths: Size, Mac OS X
Weakness: Not user upgradeable.
Gave up my laptop and hooked this up to a 17" widescreen monitor. The optical drive is very responsive. Even though the size is fantastic I ended up with more cords and less space, so I would recommend upgrading to the built-in AirPort extreme.

Mac mini G4/1.25GHz (Combo drive)
No update to Mac product lines escapes our attentionespecially when its the first revision of the Mac mini, with previously optional features for a low price. Bigger news is the iBook G4 line getting the PowerBook treatment with some high-end features. Brace yourself: we even dropped the iBooks to test the new Sudden Motion Sensor.
