I like this processor it's fast and make my system scream for programs that will put it to the test and a good value for the price would recommend this to any one

Strengths: Latest technology intel processor. Supports hyperthreading.

This is the latest technology processor LGA775. It is different from processors of the past in that the pins are on the motherboard itself instead of on the processor. Installation was simple, line it up in the socket and clamp it down, you're done. The heatsink was equally as simple to install, it already has the heatsink thermal paste on the bottom so all you have to do is line it up and snap...

Installation was simple, line it up in the socket and clamp it down, you're done. The heatsink was equally as simple to install, it already has the heatsink thermal paste on the bottom so all you have to do is line it up and snap the four pins down. It was so simple even a child could do it. But be careful, the processor is very fragile, and if you end up installing it the wrong way it's easy to bend down the pins on the motherboard.

I've had never built a system...

Strengths: Works as expected, easily overclocked

Weakness: I wish that it came with Arctic Silver 5 instead of the wax that transfers the heat between the CPU and heat sink.

Installation went smoothly, but for a couple days I was worried that it was going to burn up because the CPU temp was 40 degrees Celcius. Intel recommends that the temperature not exceed 38 degrees. It took me a couple days to realize that that's the max ambient temberature of the chasis, not the CPU itself that must not exceed 38.

First time i build a computer....

Strengths: Very Fast, Hyper threading, a real value for the speed.

First time i build a computer. this process is lightning fast. hyper threading 1mb cache. It's blazing fast with
my asus motherboard. would recommend to anyone.
