Great CPU for anyone who doesn't...

Strengths: Overall great CPU

Weakness: None yet

Great CPU for anyone who doesn't need the top of the line ($$$) P4 3.06 HT. Ordered from Newegg ($185) and received a SL6EG -- can overclock stable to 2.9GHz+ (151 FSB) and still maintain less than 45C with 95-100% CPU. However, CPU provides more than enough horsepower at stock 2.53GHz -- if you're not interested in obtaining the highest Winmark score. As for the documentation, all you need to do...

i would recommend this product for...

Strengths: excellent product,very fast,operates very cool will not overheat,great for high demand software and games.

Weakness: absolutely none,cant find any

i would recommend this product for someone interested in building a super great running machine,would not use anything less for performance.also great value for price thanks to intel for price drop.well worth buying you will not be disappointed,

This is an excellent product, but...

Strengths: Excellent speed and reliability.

Weakness: Documentation of retail product is inadequate.

This is an excellent product, but the documentation is not as good as for previous Pentium IV products. I do not think it is adequate for installation of the product without reference to the Intel website. Because of the lack of documentation, I accidentally removed part of the material on the heat sink that was meant to serve as a contact surface. I have been working with earlier P4 and Athlon...

Got it in the mail opened it and...

Strengths: fast clockable processor easy to install...

Weakness: lack of INSTRUCTION OR INFORMATION...INTEL???BIG COMPANY...INSTRUCTION OR INFO LACKS????? huh?? you get the point...

Got it in the mail opened it and found what I wanted ...Intel has a heatsink that they provide for your chip but the instruction was so dissapointing...I had read Pcupgrade magazine saying that the processor was suppose to come with a syringe which you could put your puddy to hold the heatsink and chip in place never came with one...and I also took some of that black substance of the heatsink not...
