This is a great little package for...

Strengths: Lots of integrated hardware, including Dolby Digital sound. Has an AGP slot so you don't have to use the onboard video unless you want to. Nice set of utilities including monitor for the board itself

Weakness: Micro-ATX, so keep in mind that it only has 3 PCI slots and 2 memory slots.

This is a great little package for a cheap computer setup. If you're not into 3D games, then the onboard Geforce2 MX will be just fine; if not, then disable it and use the AGP slot for whatever card you want. Also has onboard 5.1 sound, LAN, USB plus all the standard stuff. ASUS has done a great job with the budget board. Compared to other micro-ATX boards, this it a definite 5-star.

I've used this board for several...

Strengths: nVidia chipset, stablity, decent price

Weakness: its an mATX

I've used this board for several computers that I have built and have never had a hitch. In fact, the performance of this particular board led to two other sales. For general computing usage, this is a 5 star product, however, I wouldn't consider it for a gaming machine nor is it as upgradeable as an ATX board with support for a higher FSB.

I needed a board that would be...

Strengths: Very Good all in one board. No real problems with anything.

Weakness: No overclocking tools, but what do you expect, and problems under Linux. No USB 2.0.

I needed a board that would be ready to go with everything included because I needed to get a computer up and running but now I think I've out grown it. I'll probably sell in a month or two after I get a Dedicated Graphics board, I want to overclock my system.
I would recommend that any one looking for a low cost board pick one of these up.

I am assembling computer from last...

Strengths: Small,Onboard GeForse 2 graphics, 5.1 Channel onboard dolby sound Speed,Stabilty,Bios autoupdate,DDR RAM.

Weakness: No USB 2.0,No Dual RAM support,Very few expansion slot,No Ultra ATA 133.

I am assembling computer from last six years.I have never found the class of performance in a low budget motherboard such as this one. When I first went to buy this motherboard I had to depend upon my vendor but when I assembled the machine and ran I found I am running a Supersonic jet type computer in a very tight budget have already build 4 PC's based on this motherboard. I am totally satisfied...

I was tickled when I read the...

Strengths: Cheap, however that isn't much of an advantage as newer boards have since come out for less than $20 more. Has a big name behind it, people see Asus and jump on it.

Weakness: Cheap, un-reliable, un-stable.

I was tickled when I read the great reviews on this board and purchased one. I put it in a good enough case with an Enlight 300w PS and crucial ram. The sound cuts out during games. The workmanship looks shoddy, no amount of driver updates has helped. This board is horrible for games. I know it's not designed to be a gamer, however for simple games it should at least perform on a certain level of...
