Silent and great price, but that's ALL
Strengths: Silent since it has no cooling fan. Great price since PCI bus card is kind of phase out already.
Weakness: Not for gaming use. Lagging and slow re-flashing speed.
Silent since the card has no moving cooling fan like the other. But that also effect the performance of the card. Even with just normal daily use (word and outlook), the card lag constantly once the chip heat up. Although it's cheap but I will not recommend it.

Great Video Card for its price. Radeon 9250
Strengths: Easy to install. Low price for its quality.
Weakness: Doesn't come with directions so make sure you go to sapphire's website for them.
I upgraded my previous card to this one since it didn't have DVI input. My previous cost me $99 and was only 128mb VGA only, and 64bit. This one only cost me $60 and it is 256mb w/ VGA and DVI and 128bit. Definitely a better card than my old Radeon 9200. I will be trying out HL2 and CS:Source as soon as I receive it. I'll update this review once I've tried out the graphics on them.

Radeon 9250 Video Card
Strengths: Good for the price range. 256 mb is high for the price range. Enough to play recent 3d games on decent settings. Has DVI. Good for us Dell owners who only have PCI inputs.
Weakness: For Dell owners, the setup is a bit annoying. Just make sure you figure out what you're doing and disable your integrated card. There are no installation directions in the box.
The card is good for the price range and a good choice for those who only have PCI. Make sure you know what you're doing before installing it. Besides these problems, the card performs pretty well on games like counter strike. 4/5 stars.

Radeon 9250 video card
Strengths: good quality graphics, very nice 3D quality, 256MB memory, TV out capabilties
Weakness: Had some trouble installing and had to go to ati website or an upgrade but after that it was fine
This video card performed very well compared to other cards I have used in this price range. It enhanced the look and feel of my 3D games. This card gave my videos a better sence of realism with very clear textures and little jaggedness near the edges. I would buy it again.

Great product
Strengths: Best PCI card available. 256MB DDR.
Weakness: Not dual DVI.
It will play most games and is cheap. Makes a world of difference over integrated video (Intel). Recommended it if you only have a pci slot. I recommend you use the omegadrivers.
