Diamon Radeon HD 4870 X2 Video Card
Strengths: Two GPUs on one board
Weakness: No noticeable performance improvement
I spent a good deal of money on the Diamon Radeon HD 4870 X2 Video Card. On the spec, this is the fastest card you can get, without crossfire or SLI. However, the performance improvement over a single 8800GT is not significant at all. In fact, it appears to be choppy at times in Gears of War. So for now, I'm putting this card in my closet and opt for a 8800GT SLI configuration. I'm waiting for...
